They told me my redemption would be 14 business days, I put my redemption in on July 15th and it’s now been 25 business days and I still haven’t received it! I don’t recommend buying in on here since you don’t know when you’ll ever get your money! I have reached out to support 5+ times and they just keep saying I’ll get my money but don’t know when . Also they keep telling me in 24-48 hours an account manager will reach out to me via email, which since August 4th has never happened Will update if and when I receive my redemptionUpdate after about 45 total days of waiting I have received my redemption!
