I contacted casinomeister in April 2024 over a dispute about unpaid winnings dating back to January 2024 having initially being given the run-around by the casino, to in recent weeks, being blanket ignored. Nobody would respond to my messages, emails, calls and I was at my wits end.Everything about using their Player Arbitration Service (PAB) is clearly laid out and easy to follow. They promptly did what they stated they would and kept me updated at each step. So after beating my head against a brick wall for MONTHS, literally causing me no end of stress and angst, in the space of TEN DAYS, I had USD $4790 paid back to me thanks to Max and the casinomeister team and the amazing free PAB Service they offer.
